"Unfortunately over two (2) years later - no help. I had hoped differently at the beginning. Claims link never worked, and 30k in damages later it just gets more frustrating. So many things went wrong."

"Very much appreciate Breanna and Joyce. I called twice with same issue. Forgot what Breanna had told me, she was super helpful. Then Joyce pretty much repeated what Breanna said. Good to know everyone is on the same page. Even though I was the one that wasn't. Both ladies were super professional and very friendly! Appreciate them both. And a huge help with my question!"

"I will say that Joyce was extremely helpful in explaining all possible coverages , and very thorough and friendly over the phone, your agent was great, but when I have to call during business hours and get voicemail yet no one calls back that is frustrating, something to work on"

"My son was involved in an accident, being taken care of by State Farm was one of the most horrible experiences we have gone through in our lives. From being lied to by the corporate headquarters on numerous occasions, by being ignored by local office. We will never go through this again by with State Farm."
