"I have been with State Farm for over 40 years. Recently, representatives who answer the phone usually don’t know the answers and seem inexperienced. They often don’t even seem to understand the question. They say they’ll check and call back but usually don’t. If they do call back, it’s often an answer to a question I didn’t ask. This has been going on for many months now. Last week I asked to speak with Matt McCoy to inform him of his office’s deterioration and try to resolve. I was told he wasn’t there but would be back “in an hour or so”. I called back later and a different person said he had been there all day but just left. Later last week Dellaresa at least tried to fix things. She is better, but because the others seem incompetent, and there has been no response or resolution in many months, I’ve decided to transfer my 10 policies to Chris Lile’s office.
